PDP Candidates Declared Winners in all 21 LGAs Chairmanship Election in Adamawa

All the People's Democratic Party (PDP)  candidates contested in the Saturday, 13 July Local Government  Chairmen Elections in Adamawa State have been declared winner by the Adamawa State Independent Electoral Commission (ADSIEC).
Also, the ADSIEC has declared 225 candidates of the PDP winners in the Councillors election. The PDP only loss one seat to the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) candidate in Demsa Ward. NNPP polled 4039 votes against the PDP’s 3119 votes.
The Chairman of the Adamawa State Independent Electoral Commission, Mohammed Umar Jabu has announced that candidates of the PDP in the Chairmanship Election having satisfied the requirement of the law are declared winner in all the 21 LGAs of the state.
Those elected as chairmen in the 21 LGAs are:
1. Demsa: Akham Jaloh (PDP)
2. Fufore: Shuaibu Babas (PDP)
3. Ganye: Farouk Mohammed (PDP)
4. Girei: Adamu Umaru Dala (PDP)
5. Gombi Mark Ishaya (PDP)
6. Guyuk: Barr. Kassah D. Shalom (PDP)
7. Hong: Inuwa Usman (PDP)
8. Jada: Salihu Mahmud Sa’o (PDP)
9. Lamurde: Bulus Daniel (PDP)
10. Madagali: Simon Musa Shashi (PDP)
11. Maiha: Abubakar Mustapha (PDP)
12. Mayo Belwa: Umar Nashong (PDP)
13. Michika: Dan Biyu Paul Tumba (PDP)
14. Mubi North: Musa Hassan (PDP)
15. Mubi South: Hamidu A Jingi (PDP)
16. Numan: Innocent Koto (PDP)
17. Shelleng: Abubakar Musa Abba (PDP)
18. Song: Idris Yahaya (PDP)
19. Toungo: Sulaiman Gangkuba (PDP)
20. Yola North: Jibril Ibrahim (PDP)
21. Yola South: Salihu Usman Malkohi (PDP)
In a press statement issued by the ADSIEC earlier invited the elected Chairmen and their vice to come to the Electoral body's headquarters in the state capital, Yola for the collection of their certificate of return on Monday, 15 July 2024 at 8:30am.
